Our Program

Be The Boss Fitness wanted to design a Couch to 5k program with a difference.

We designed our programme to last 80 days which will take you all the way from a couch potato to running a 5k comfortably.

 

How It Works.

Our programme is delivered via the Be The Boss Fitness application in which you’ll be given daily habit changes to help you improve not only your fitness but your health over the 80 days.

Be The Boss Fitness believes strongly in delivering education alongside any training programmes so with this Couch to 5k you’ll also learn about the body to include bones, jones, muscles, heart, lungs and the nervous system.

Inside the Be The Boss Fitness app you’ll be able to chat directly with your trainers along with all the other amazing people like yourself going through the Couch to 5k. You’ll be able to upload progress photos, update your food diary and track your measurements which will show you how your body changes over the 80 days.

Our application also includes bodyweight exercises which can either be done at home, inside a gym or outdoors you’ll even be able to record your own technique and send it directly to your coach and they’ll be able to give you advice on how to get the most from the exercise.
